After a few months looking inward, growing and preparing for the new earth, the Beach Club at Papaya Playa Project is reborn, completely evolved. New design that merges with nature and the sea, music curation by guest artists and our resident Djs, with a kitchen full of fresh, sustainable and rich flavors in perfect harmony with our mixology menu.
The all new ceviche, taco and fresh plates bar is an original concept by chef Edher Cervantes. The just created menu honors Mexico’s two peninsulas. The Yucatan, with one of a kind citrus fruits, like lima, sour orange, or cagel orange, fresh local herbs and condiments and, of course, its exquisite seafood that merges in a culinary dance with the cold water fare from the other peninsula, Baja California, celebrated for seafood with complex texture and full flavors.
